No that is an office that is understaffed on a Sunday during their biggest ever live event sending out an standard email to everyone who questions it.

Once things are up and running next week they will get to the bottom of it and make a statement.

I'm truly sorry to hear that you're having some bad luck with your Twitch Drops! We have spoken to the relevant team members regarding this and it appears that Twitch Drops are currently working correctly.

If your accounts are correctly linked then I'm afraid this appears to simply be a bad case of RNG, unfortunately. There is no separate drop rate chance for particular users, everyone is working with the same base drop rate.

bad luck, but still not totally impossible. Sucks. I had nothing as well btw :D

Stop complaining about no drops. I've also viewed for 11 hours now and haven't received any either, BUT at least you get to watch ExileCon for FREEEEE! Appreciate the fact that GGG cared enough to allow this to be streamed on Twitch and let all of us who couldn't make it to ExileCon be apart of it.

ah so they shifted the blame from twitch to bad RNG so they don't have to give anything to 99.9% of the people that didnt get anything

.... they're getting massive revenue for this... You think anybody does anything for free? I don't watch for free, they don't let people in for free, and they don't negotiate twitch drops and massive twitch contracts to NOT get paid for it.

They are getting literally paid by twitch, AND they are buying future fans with these phantom scam drops.

It's unfortunate they fucked everything up... But if you think they aren't getting something out of all this you're delusional.


I don't care even a little about exilecon. I care about the drops. I'm here for drops, and drops only.

AND NOT: Your account is eligible to participate in Twitch Prime Drops.

It's not possible to change, that's why we get 0 drops.
