I don't blame GGG for what I'm sure is a huge twitch mistake. But the result is that a huge group of dedicated fans didn't get the chance to win like they were promised for supporting the promotion. The only way to reduce resentment is to come clean about it, laying the blame where it belongs and making amends.
My suggestion would be to give a random MTX reward to anyone that had their account linked and also logged in this league. Some might see this as entitled whining but the loss in supporter pack purchases this resentment will cause speaks louder than they ever will.

so as many people are happy cause they got a bunch of microtransactions in the end.... does that mean i'm the official leader of the 0,1% "watch 2 days, get no drops"-gang now or is the review still going on?

just wondering if it's worth my energy to keep checking for messages or if it's wasted effort.
