Apart from your numbers being pulled out of your smelly butt, there's a massive difference in content.
Day 1 was the announcement of both PoE 4.0/2 and the upcoming 3.9 league, all in time slots all major continents could watch.
Day 2 was panels with streamers and GGG staff, then streamers playing the already showcased PoE 2 act 1, then the race finals, whereof the latter was in a time slot where sensible europeans where long asleep.

Here's a post on Reddit clawing it's way to the top begging you to unfuck this situation by delivering what we are owed, and never work with twitch again.

I watched the whole 16 hours of the event as many others did I am sure of.

(0.015+0.03)/2 = 0.0225 (2.25%) >> 12*16*0.0225 = 4.32 (432% to get a drop)

(1-0.015)^96 ~ 0.2343 >> Chance day ONE to NOT get a drop =~ 23.43%
(1-0.03)^96 ~ 0.0537 >> Chance day TWO to NOT get a drop =~ 5.37%

Chance to NOT get a single drop over BOTH days =~ 1.26%

So around 1 in ~80 people will not get the drop despite watching for 16 hours.
Unless I've forgotten how to math, if so let me know.



Something with the drops has to be messed up surely. Also if you are just watching for the drops I think you are watching for the wrong reason.

I've had my twitch account linked to my PoE account since you could use the " ^ " command to type in your own twitch chat.
So after the first day I re-linked my twitch account just to be sure but to no avail.

Oh well, sucks that some got 6+ items when the rest got 0, but I guess that is just our RNG being saved until the next league ;)

The entire convention was enjoyable to watch anyway and I am super hyped for PoE 2!

Two days of watching the full stream has determined THIS was a lie!
