Console: Replace left trigger extra command wheel with stand in place/aim feature

This would be a HUGE quality of life help and far superior to having TWELVE command slots (who even needs that many, seriously?). Meanwhile ranged characters, characters using movement skills, and characters trying to get through lab traps (such as the fire/lightning/cold pressure plates trap/puzzle) are having a hell of a time controlling their character. Console users cant do fine movement or aiming like mouse and keyboard users can without holding a skill that doesnt allow movement and drains mana, likely risking death bc "oops now i have no mana to attack".



P.S. yes i know this was a feature prior to Blight league. Removing it for extra command slots that no sane person needs was a bad idea. Console players NEEDED that control.

No, you're just bad. The more slots was a massive improvement that everybody who actually plays the game needs.

Get better at controlling your body and none of those things will be a problem at all.

Especially the no mana to attack one. If you run out of mana in the two tenths of a second it takes to attack something and can't regen enough to attack again afterwards your setup is horrible. Get a mana flask.
Need a new signature, cuz name change. I dunno though. I guess this seems fine. Yeah, this is good.
Please no. The added 4 slots was a godsend, and way more usable then lock in place.

Could just do a combination of L2 + R2 for stand still... It does help with ranged characters so you dont end up running after a misclick.

what??? lab traps arent hard to get through sorry dude...maybe your resists arent capped or you have low life? also flasks. 4 extra slots was a GODSEND. you might want to sort your mana issues out and just practice lab traps if youre struggling w them..

I think it would be nice to have both, but if I only get one, my hands down choice is more Skill Binds. There are some Builds that are better served by Forced Stand Still and it would be nice if GGG could find a way to get it back into the mix. But getting rid of the new Skill Binds is definitely not how I would go about it. I expect that fortunately, Console will keep the extra Skill Binds for as least as long as PC does (I think we need them more than PC does in fact). I would be disappointed if GGG dropped the extra Skill Binds for the Bow League.
