Theres evidence, you just gotta dig :P Well it's certainly been visible for as long as I can remember.Was a time when many of my gaming clan was involved in closed beta and some with Alpha status,but most have left because there concerns for the game always seemed pointless. Many years ago there was a system/list of proven quality alpha/beta testers that most developers would draw from.These days it's mostly folks paying to get an early heads up on gameplay or such. You think it's a bit smelly in this beta ? I could rattle off a few title names that are much worse. Even Alpha testing games these days hasn't been all that promising. If you read my posts you'd understand that I am barely playing PoE ouside some events and even when I played my trades were really limited. I simply don't like the way PoE evolves so my big hope are private leagues with usercode. Some idiots will be caught. Pretty sure they do not sell items on the account they farm. Even with a isp trace it is not hard to work around. These sites will always be there and trying to police players is going to waste your time. You might get a couple free transfer accounts banned but that is it. It sucks but you will not even be able to dent the problem. Why waste any free time trying to? life is short. -=Edit=- Also why have you advertised this site and how to buy sell in real life. GGG cannot do anything against this. Imagine if i wanted someone banned, i could just take a picture of the item a guy is selling on the forums and make an account on D2JSP, then proceed to post the pictures there. Voila, he's banned. Most Diamonds doesnt have any critical perspective towards this game (notice i say MOST - not all.. hi Charan! :) And whole game is designed and balanced catering to taste of ~250 ppl that just pay for making this done.
