ok now i see about the inpulsa and does orb of storm effect works with storm brand? and do I or brand (maybe both) has to be in OOS circle range?

ps. how do u get golem buff effect 450% from militant timeless jewel?

To proc OOS you'd have to cast storm brand near OOS. As such it is not ideal since you don't cast storm brand often. The golem buff is from the Elementalist ascendancy. POB won't properly calculate it so I added a jewel to reflect that.

Thanks Pal, your video has been linked in the build. Precision is good, especially if you can get the watcher's eye jewel with + crit multi when affected by Precision, would be a decent damage boost. A small tip: when fighting hydra, try to flame dash right behind her that way she can't hit you and it makes it easier to dodge the water balls, from my experience :).

Oh awesome! Cheers, that's cool. Yeah I'm super prone to bad dodges in general lol. I still struggle with mechanics sometimes. That being said, I've done Uber Elder 3 times with this build and only die to accidentally flame dashing into shaper orbs and stuff like that, so I'm getting better.
