Probably when GGG demands you pay for the game. Why do you think the base game item designs are so ugly in the first place? If you aren't charging people for the product, and you aren't making them pay to 'win' either, you gotta at least squeeze them by daring them to show their faces in town wearing damn torture cages on their heads. It's either that or get ready for constant ad popups and billboards all over Wraeclast...
