Help finishing crafting a staff

Hey, so after alt spamming for a while I ended up hitting this item,



after price checking it, it seemed like rares with the same mods were selling for a lot so I just wanted to know the best way to finish crafting this. From my limited understanding, it'd be best to imprint it with a Craicic Chimeral through einhar, then regal and annul if the added mod is not a good one. And then if I annul one of the mods currently on it to use the imprint and then redo the entire process.

If there is another way of doing this, any advice is appreciated

I think you pretty much nailed it!

Not sure on prices atm. You should always price check and see what a ready item would cost you. And then compare this with crafting it yourself.
