Finally rolled a decent Hubris Circlet (310 ES but no minus enemy resist or BL enchant). I'm thinking of switching from the Crown of the Inward Eye I've been using, but in the PoB, I switched my anoint from Annihilation to Tranquility, equipped the Hubris Circlet and my damage went down 10% while ES went up 250.
Is that trade off worth it? Or should I wait until I get one with either the -% to enemy lightning resist or one of the BL enchants?
The -res does practically nothing, so I wouldn’t base the choice on that.
I would recheck your pob, a good helm should add a hell of a lot more than 250 ES

Wearing the Crown of the Inward Eye I have 7392 ES. Wearing the Hubris Circlet and switching my anoint to Tranquility gives 7756. SO it's 364 ES (5%) difference. But my average hit goes from 64,108 to 58,340, which is a 9% drop. Did I calculate that correctly?
Okay, this is what my wand turned into with some harvest crafting. I know it isn't BIS but its the first time I ever made something "good" and i'm proud of it lol.
its very nice, you can remove the flat lightning to attacks w/ harvest as well to make it even better
What would I put there instead of flat lightning, spell dmg/ non-chaos as chaos or what do you recommend?
Ok, so i bought this wand for 2ex, donno if it was worth it, but how do i go on to craft it? really don't wanna screw things over, please if someone can explain to me step by step.

Whelp done with the league. Didn't have time to finish my rings / belts min-max crafts since I was a bit unlucky on seeds, even had a few double T1 ES in the works but w/e.
Solid build overall. The clearspeed is decent but not exceptional to a zoom zoom level but is hugely compensated by the bossing capabilities of the build. Was a fun experience as a first time miner. I'd be really surprised if BL mines can survive another league without a huge nerf.

On mobile, but are you adding tranquility to your ammy when you switch?
