What do you guys think: 16% life or 10% increased damage per frenzy charge?

I was lucky to drop this, wondering if this is worth using? Or it is better to sell and upgrade other items which could impact build more?

Edit: I meant worth using instead of penetration watchers?

Cool eye with awesome rolls, gz.
But for us, single Penetration gives more damage than those two together.

Does anyone know of any other combo that will generate Frenzy Charges? Minus the two that were mentioned above?

The ring you reccomended cannot roll with frenzy charge on hit, only kill.

Right now there is only one on the market, and it is "bad" version with 2frenzy and 1power modes.

I will think about creating a separate section with rare/unlikely/expensive upgrades. And removing them from the main section.

@Padashuruar What number are the jewels that you're talking about that give frenzy charge on hit? I cannot seem to find even one.
