In the 3.8 patch note, it wrote

I thought it odd they bothered to change the art.
Most of us are using one of those potions at best and playing piano with other distinct looking flasks. Also they didn't really improve the looks much IMO. They look different now sure but not really better. I can't remember if I ever actually used a Hybrid flask. "Never trust floating women." -Officer Kirac
