I'm not sure it was a good idea to have both styles be so thematically similar to each other.
I'm fine with the evil clown aesthetic. Contrary to some I think it actually does fit in the world - fleshed out dark settings do have both 'wholesome' escapeism like carnivals and also darker variants. But it should have been one of two, not both. Especially with Madcap existing as well. Le Toucan Will Return
