No, but you can equip your animate guardian with additional curse and having curse on hit on some of its item.
I started to use a chest on animate guardian with the " You have Consecrated Ground around you while stationary" stat. Found it to be very useful for anyone that isnt using bottle Faith. 6% life regen a second while on the ground does a ton for minions when they have many thousands of life.

(Speed Variant) i have over 80 exalts invested into the build with 32 exalt stuff most of all the gear except auls rising pride reserves no mana.... But yesterday i rolled a 400% minion damage elegant hubris with easy access nodes which was amazing 5 slumlords... Anyways i came to rant a little... I have pretty damn good damage... but i'm sitting at 4.7k life 1.3k energy shield i swapped out grip of the council for shapers touch... But i still get insta-killed by sirus and hard to do end-game content... i've done other builds that cost less then half this so its kinda depressing. since i have so much damage i dont mind going changing stuff around for more defence but i'm just asking you guys before i end up selling everything and trying to rebuild it if its worth it or if i should just sell all my gear and reroll character to another build
That Hubris you rolled - meaning you didn't buy it - excluded, I can't see where that 80ex is meant to have gone. Your gear has a lot of room for improvement, as does your tree...
Go read page 1, cluster jewels section, check some 3.10 league trees on poe.ninja (or adriano's and Elorathiel's) and move figure out what can make you tankier.
You minions use your curse stack, base is 1. Which means either you have +1 to curses form passive three or gear, or you spectres will overwrite each curse each time they cast them, so its pretty useless have 2 curse spectres
This is wrong, there are Spectres that have +1 curse limit on their own, hence it is actually possible to apply 3 curses only via spectres without having a curse gem in gear.

I made a relatively quick video doing back to back Shaper-Elder-Uber Elder-Sirius 8 - 20 simulacrum waves in one deathless run (Simulacrum league). This to show what you can achieve with high budget tanky setup of this build. Enjoy!
