" Fair enough. I'm not worried about the damage aspect of the build but without the instant ES regen from SO, I'm not so sure about the survivability aspect of the build anymore. Since we're full armor/life now, is there any way we can get our minions to insta-leech life for us? Thanks for answering my questions by the way :) |

The Baron is still going to leech life for us, we will be above the 1k STR benchmark.
The life/armor thing is just something im personally going to start with and try, were all just thinking out loud atm. The nice thing about having a thread this large is you can always steal other people's ideas and adapt them to what works for you. I poached The Stampede from tifiad, the holy relic from brunowa, many aspects of my skill trees from crazypearce, the mervils retainer spectre from I wanna say andy but im not 100% sure, etc. I am anxious to have more flexibility with gear this time around, the freedom of chests and gloves should be exciting, the 2 main pieces im considering are the aspect of the crab chest and command of the pit gloves with 2 abyssal sockets, the addition of 2 abyssal jewels with flat life and utility minion modifiers would be great, but that will be down the road. " Yeah, Aspect of the Crab seems really nice to have and the chest itself isn't too bad either - definitely going to look for it. I'll be leaguestarting this build and if it's even 80% as good as the previous build I'll be happy. |

@JCOH35:
In your opinion, is the massive armour from the Craiceann's Carapace so clearly superior over a Geoffrei? Certainly looks intersting, but apart from Phys mitigation it adds no resistances and no ES gain at all. |

" Im not saying theres anything wrong with Geoffri's im just going pure armour/life, not using any ES whatsoever, its an option Brunowa said he was considering aswell, but its just 1 of many options. Im not locked into a specific chest, I could very well go with an nice rare astral plate with life, max% life, regen, physical reduction etc. and craft aspect of the crab onto my weapon. But ya, my tree has 207% increased life from just the passive nodes alone and a very large amount of resistances and armor boosts so I will be going with no ES this time around. |

With the testing i did before the league start im going to the Death attunment notable asap. the leech you get on the way to its huge fr the minions.
