Still viable 3.9? Trying to find a good build to reach endgame and not die in one hit.

Sorry if I haven't replied to your posts in this guide.
To summarize, this build is still in a good spot and remains a strong league starter. It is possible to swap Icicle mine for Arc if that suits you better. If you lack single target DPS I'd add in Pyroclast mine with Icicle in 5/6L gloves/helm. For 3.10 there aren't that many changes, I need to do some testing later on to see if the new skill gems can be of use here. |

In this guide you said in ascendency Explosive expert, but in pob you choose demolish specialist, should i take expolosive exprert if i use cold to fire gem?

SoI have a question. Why go for icicle mine vs stormblast? While leveling I've been testing both (note: I have 6-link setup) but stormbast feels much more consistent for clearing packs of mobs... even a 4-link looks more effective vs 6-link icicle. Its my first time with these so I would like to know whats the main difference. So far I believe stormblast chains near closer targets while icicle pierces and travels further...

How do you get 19% of Elemental Damage as Extra Chaos cant find anything like it on the market.

" Icicle mines was nerfed in 3.9 (I think) so you could be correct, haven't tried stormblast mines. |
