1. Can you tell what affix should find in wands? (From most important to less)
2. Will it worth to take exlosives expert instead Demolition Specialist?
3. Mindfield or Swift Assembly better?
4. What different Blastchain and Hight Impact mine? What should i use?
Thank you

P/s:Sorry for my bad english.

Durimon is probably busy with his FB build so I'll have a go ;)

1. For a wand I'd look for (in priority): critical strike chance for spells, adds # to # lightning damage to spells, a good chuck of spell damage and the rest is bonus... % of lightning damage as extra chaos damage is nice, crit multiplier is nice and I was able to craft +15% mine throwing speed on my wand which is pretty sweet.

2. I think demolition specialist is only good if you are using one of the new mine skills (stormblast, icicle or pyroclast) as they have a built-in aura that is buffed by this ascendancy. If you are using skitterbots + infernal legion then explosives expert is the way to go.

3. I know Durimon says Minefield but I hate the clunkiness of the pause between two throws even with a lot of throwing speed. Swift assembly feels so much smoother and I like that you can quickly throw some mines left and right without interruptions. Big downside is that the max mines laid is 19 vs 23 with minefield. This is a lot less DPS when trying to kill a boss in one go (and you have time to prepare to drop all 23 mines). The question is whether you need 23 mines to swiftly kill a mob or whether 19 will be enough. In the end it's a matter of preference. If you can bear the pause between throws then minefield is better for you.

4. High Impact is the preferred choice. Not sure about the math but I think it has the potential to do more DPS. The penalty for high impact is also less than blastchain (the supported skills deal x% less damage)

Thank you so much, Johnnya! I am currently working on Poison Flicker Assassin with multiple mechanics applied. My goal is to upgrade it fully and show people that Flicker can "EASILY" kill Uber Elder only with flicker.

Thank you again for your help. You are the one who made me like Skitterbots! :)

Haha yeah they are nice little fella's aren't they? :)
Looking at your gear now I guess you made it into a low life version which is typically insane for DPS. I went for the original life version though with a lot more defenses. My gear is still cheap as I am forced to be semi-casual due to real life stuff (work, kids, sports etc.). Just started red maps but I haven't had a death in a long time. Using Atziri's step boots as they are cheap and provide spell dodge putting me at 45% chance to dodge spells. Also got me a pair of volkuur's guidance gloves for the life, added lightning damage to spells and the poison chance. Figured that with so many BL hits there should be quite a few poison stacks happening. It's hard to tell though as everything dies so fast already. Also using a shield I found myself for a bit of block chance as an extra defense layer. I don't know if this will be ok for real tough bosses like the guardians and shaper but I love that I can just buy cheap, corrupted maps without really having to look at the mods. If they are dangerous ones you just need to play a bit more careful.

If I get enough currency later on I may try to switch to ES/low life but for now my life variant works well. #weloveskitterbots
You don’t stop playing because you grow old, you grow old because you stop playing.

I increased survival by changing something in the build. Survival is now on top, everything is killed quickly.
Who cares, here is POB. My changed tree is new1.
Swift Assembly instead of minefield.
CWDT + Immortal Call 20/20.

Update...
Well, the quest line of Zana is completed. All are killed, the damage is huge. OK... Thanks @bluewelkin.
I'm interested in deep delving.

Is this build the best for delve, better than Fireball and Ice shot miner?

Can this build reach deph +500?

Thank you Durimon.
All 3 of those builds are pretty strong for Delving. Ice Shot can have some good aoe and damage overlap due to the AoE, Fireball's base damage is absurdly high, ball lightning is pretty nice since it's sorta like a poor man's VD as it's a slower moving aoe that can damage mobs more than 6 times per second.

Though reaching depth 500 would probably require sacrificing damage for eHP. I'm not sure what version of a Saboteur would pull this off tbh with either of the 3 builds. I guess whichever offers the most safety (maybe ice shot or ball lightning?)
why High Impact as opposed to using Blastchain?

Path of Building does show an equal level/quality High Impact give more DPS than Blastchain, but I don't think it calculates the successive damage multiplier bonus in the program. I want to believe Blastchain is capable of more, but I haven't really seen it. The only time I found a reason to ever use Blastchain in all honesty was doing a shrapnel shot miner as it's threshold jewels can have it's cone AoE do double damage (don' think that stacks with high impact's double damage).

Durimon and I did discuss it a bit but sort in his Ice Shot Miner thread, and came to the conclusion that High Impact especially for Sabo is really strong due to demolitions expert, it's easy to get double damage done with about 13 mines down in vicinity of a mob within "nearby" proximity of the mines.

What's VD?
Which layers of defense would be the most efficient in order to reach those depths in your opinion? ty :)

Volatile Dead, it's a aoe projectile spell which seeks targets like Ball Lightning also sorta does (only thru mines, traps, and totems. Self/hand casting version of Ball Lightning don't seek targets).

I wouldn't presume to know as I haven't delved that far down ever. But I think evasion, dodge, and spell dodge would be pretty vital for this build if you want to go that far. That and some form of CC/slow with chill, and freeze.

Moving forward on this LL/ES, what would be the choices of anointed keynotes then? Discussions?

Anybody else having difficulty fitting in clarity into the build?
