Yeah I'm trying PoE Planner. Looks like the POBCF simply is not compatible with my computer as it's too old to run QT5 which is required for it.

Hello, i am currently playing Scion version of this build. Almost 95lv, gear worth maybe about 20 divines, i can easliy do T16. Is this worth to switch from Scion to Shadow version at this moment?

I'm having trouble seeing what my next step should be. I feel like I lack some damage to do some uber bosses but I can't figure out how to do significantly better with this build.

No. I did this build only once, it went to lvl 90.

This Time I dropped an apothecary so I bought everything that seemed appropriate, based on poe ninja. But now I am stuck getting one shot by Uber bosses and I feel stuck.

I'm reworking my flasks as I feel like I don't need a mana flask and can go without removing curses with a flask and need more bleed immunity. I'm right now using a quicksilver in place of it, but would a silver be better with onslaught? Does onslaught help this build at all?

Stun avoidance while casting is redundant with Ascendant-Occu's stun avoidance while you have ES (-> while alive).
The ES is bad for a helmet, a 20% qual hubris circlet with T2 flat ES and crafted %ES has more.
It has 0 Int.
Castspeed is nice QoL but not a significant DPS increase, and you can find it in higher quantities in other gearslots if you need it.
The base crit moves Icestorm from a 6% critchance to a 6.1% critchance, which is something I guess? But doesn't really change our EO uptime (squeeze in precision if you feel you need a minor amount of extra crit).
Attacks not critting is literally irrelevant.


I don't see a single issue this solves at any budget, let alone multiple ones, but I might just be blind and/or stupid.
