My 1.03 cents...W_o_D's slo-mo build capable of handling the nerfs in it's current state. Sure maybe a few tweaks to the guide but already grabbing all the minion nodes and minion life gem already there.

Turning some of that phys damage to ele damage? Check.

I mean, pretty, pretty, pretty sure we could run this build without changes in 3.9 and continue right on smoking 'em.

Imma gonna shoot for running with 2 6l's. One for zombies, one for misc minions. 4l temp chains in gloves.
Thinking bout dropping skeletons in final stages. Can we run more than 1 of the SAME golem?
That's as far I can get. Brain not work beyond that.

Well I did run 2x carrion golem (1 gem ofc just with +1 golem node) when mapping to t14, after that dropped and ran stone and chaos golem for regen and phys dmg reduction I work on the idea of make my char tanky as hell and minions can go dps lol


OK had a read of the patch notes and the Zombie nerf is not as bad as first feared tbht he biggest nerfs they implemented was halving Ravenous Horde movement speed and general movement speed nerfs... but here's the thing ( I may have mentioned this umpteen times previously in the thread) you can craft minion movement speed onto rings and amulet and I also said MMS is one of the most OP parts of the minions builds lol :)

looking forward to the new league tbh, I am 100% rolling a necro again, will make a bow build a few weeks into the lague but 100% certain starting as a Necro!!!

ZOMBIE ON for 3.9 !!!!

Yes, if you have raised your Golem limit of course. There are Builds based on a mob of one type of Golem. WOD's base Build only has room for one Golem though.

When I read notes in synthesis I said "Well Bob, you would be a fool to not play bane soulrend CI Occultist"... and I was right!

When I read this:
Support Gem Reworks
Ranged Attack Totem Support (Now called Ballista Totem Support)
Supported skills now deal 50% less Damage at gem level 1 (from 30%), up to 41% less at gem level 20 (from 26%).
Supported skills now summon a Ballista Totem, rather than a regular Totem.
Supported skills now have +2 to maximum number of Summoned Ballista Totems.
Attacks used by totem now have 50% less Attack Speed at all gem levels (from 30% less).
THIS IS A BUFF!!!! FREE Multi Totem!

I DO :) I can't wait to see what 3 of them do! I haven't even gotten a 5 link or a multi totem yet! 1 shreds! SPOILER: Toxic Rain is Temp Chains with DAMAGE! It has tendrils for slow and you can link Withering touch. It's like the FREE EE curse for chaos!

Caustic arrow AND Toxic Rain, BOTH BUFFED. Totems Buffed! Welcome back my sweet beautiful Pathfinder! Maybe Carcass Jack and lots of pierce because every hit creates lot's of large pools of death! Welcome back Malevolence ;)

If anyone tries this remember, while poison is a buff to pathfinder, the real goal is damage over time/chaos damage. There are soooo many DoT nodes, you can ignore poison, it gets real hard to not be a glass cannon if you chase both.
And get chaos on bow so the enemy can fear your blink arrow as well! And if they STILL don't die fast enough... Swift Affliction will take care of that!
Basically I do 1000 base damage and 14000 DoT DPS IN ACT 6!! LOL! And as Pachino said "I'm just gettin warmed up!" And then there is Decay... Well you can tell I have obviously gone insane, Chaos is my absolute hands down favorite skill in any game I have ever played EVER! And I've been in the game since 1976 :)

I may play a necro as well, I play too damn much to not roll one, overall notes sound like a clearing buff and a slower dodgier boss fight, sounds fun!

EDIT! NEW POE WIKI, Check it out! And I may have to use minion life gem for once, big deal! HA!

Well, it was good while it lasted, but I've found that, with 3.9 Metamorph, this build does not have the DPS or the tankiness needed to beat the higher tiers.

I leveled with it but hit a brick wall with bosses like Al-Hezmin (with 4 watchstones).

I re-specced to this build: Pure Phys Skeletons & Friends Necromancer - https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2108003

I am now finding high-tier bosses and maps much, much easier.

After converting to the Pure Phys Skeletons build, I beat Al-Hezmin deathless, after having died to him 5 times using Slow-Mo Zombies.

Anyway, thanks for the build, but I've had to move on :-(
