Sure, you "could" get tabula with +1 gems, but like, I'm assuming you don't *want* to. An uncorrupted coming calamity is better and lets you not even use up a gem slot on Empower, since after level 31, crawler dps scales comparatively poorly with gem level (4 levels is around 30%).
