Currently Resists are at Fire:90% Cold:98% Lightning:140% Chaos: -45% But can get this to +3% with changing craft on chest boots and belt
I had a Unnatural Instinct drop about a week ago and has helped to caps resists

I don't know if I am searching wrong but i cannot seem to find any vuln on hit facebreakers. Is there a trick to finding them ? So far level 81 with 4.7k health and doing ok. still need to get uberlab done though ive been putting it off lol .

any help finding those facebreakers would be great if anyone can point me in the right direction .

Well, I went a non-crit route. Still pretty solid. Damage output total is close enough. I do 9.7m (reckoning + cyclone) without the reckoning cooldown enchant and banner planted.



Resist are all capped except for Chaos. I have 73% block chance right now. It would be difficult for me to get the remaining 6% block chance since I went to the left side of the skill tree.

I got myself a medium cluster with Hex Breaker node. This provides me immunity to all curses while cycloning. I was thinking of getting a small cluster with block chance and Confident Combatant node which provides damage increase percentage equal to my block chance. This means the node will give me 74% increased damage. This provides an additional 1% chance to block hence I wrote 74% instead of 73%.

I think I'll save up and buy an Abyssus with Reckoning cooldown enchant.
I made it to level 95 with this build. Still having fun.
Now I have two questions.

1. What is your suggestion for spending the skill point?
2. Why is the node "One Handed Melee Damage and Life Leech" selected? As far as I see it in PoB this node has no effect.
I just swapped to this build from a non-crit build. I can clear Shaper Guardians without dying if I'm careful, but I don't feel comfortable, especially compared to my trickster: random big hits take me down to <50% hp or outright kill me.

Things that are on my todo list:

  • maxing out gem levels
  • getting a Watcher's Eye with Pride and/or Precision
  • swapping to a -15 mana cost / attack crit Astral Plate
  • getting some crit multiplier / increased max life jewels
  • taunt on hit jewels (though I'm curious: is this mostly a QoL factor to improve reckoning procs, or does it help survivability as well?)


Any other things I could adjust in passives/gear to improve? I did look at swapping out the Circle of Guilt rings, but that looks to be a fairly big loss overall.
@zetafunction I have a taunt Jewel in my belt with 8% taunt and I have been using Rallying Cry to taunt. I removed Rallying Cry for Ice Golem yesterday because the golem provides more added damage - as far as I see it. So far I'm thinking about adding additional cooldown recovery instead of taunt or getting the block chance up. Regarding QoL, it's real fun when the Reckoning hits ;O)
But most of the time I think cyclon is killing the stuff.

I have been thinking about switching from Circle of Guilt back to Mark of the Elder and Shaper Steel Ring. The main problem here is that I lose a lot of attributes which reduces the level of gems I can use.

The biggest effect for my build would be to get the ability to apply an additional cures and Assasins Mark on hit. That's what gives Angry > 3Mio DPS instead of ~1.5Mio DPS. But that's hard and expansive to come by.

Another - smaller step - is having "attacks have #% critical strike chance".
