[FIXED] August 15 "Protocol out of date" problem

Cool. I was wondering if you guys plan on having some sort of patch blog where you post each change you make to the game as you make them? It is really interesting to follow the devs progress on games like this, and it gives us more of an inside scoop :) Maybe just a thread that only devs can post in, and every time you deploy a patch you just make a new post within that thread describing the changes.

When I'm trying to login game always written "The protocol is out of date. Upgrade and try again" :( |

What should I do to avoid this problem?

I just had the same problem. Getting the protocol out of date error. So I guess I need to install from DVD again and download any updates?
What I was doing was changing from fullscreen to windowed, but not sure if that has anything to do with it. I was also trying different graphical settings and starting and shutting down POE quite a bit. Sorry, that is all I can offer atm. |

It keeps saying Protocol out of date...
Does it mean GGG is applying a hotfix right now ? Is it a bug that still is not fixed ? When i start the client.exe it is searching for updates, if there is a new update the client is downloading and afterwards i usually can login without problems. But if there wasn't found an update i get the message "Protocol is out of date..." Any help ? Edit: Alright, fixed it by restarting PC.
