3.8.0 Announcement Timeline

Awesome. Can't wait to see what comes next. Please no more splinters to pick up please, lol.
if there is no trading system rehaul..oh wait there isnt, so I dont care about your next shit.
Thanks for removing Syndicate from the challenges this league. Please continue to ignore and make syndicate as optional on any future challenges.
No to conditional challenges on top of RNG pure luck mechanics.

It all sounds good, except that there is so much content I don't even know what half of it is. I already ignore the Temple and Einard most of the time. I do like all the Betrayal action, but crafting in general has left me in the dust. This league is nice because it didn't add content that took me away from just playing the game. And melee is much improved.

In any case I do look forward to seeing what you have in store. :)

Wy would you do that... just do incursions, wreck the temple, loot shit and destroy your items with corruption shrine done!
Einhar: just wreck beasts. Go to altar of sacrifice to check what you have and wreck them again. Is realy self explanatory...
Actually i'm pretty curious about next leagues mechanics. I'm wondering if GGG will run out of good ideas soon.

Legion was pretty straight forward. So my guess is we will see a very different league mechanic next.

Another question is if they will bring back Synthesis (added to the core game).
An announcement about an announcement...

Announcementception? Meh.

Does it matter? Is like anyone going to play the game with how well you guys balance end game?

I don't want to be rude, but the 0 challenge indicator clearly shows that you have no idea on how the endgame is balanced anyways.

Not all of us are interested in starting over in a new league every 3 months. And many here don't like to spend untold hours working on league challenge rewards. lol

As it stands now, between GGG destroying builds every league, making end game content so very difficult for most of the player base they stop playing, experience nerfing and the experience death penalty, everyone I knew from 2 years ago has stopped playing. Oh sure, they come back for a week or two, try to recompile an older build, then stop playing once they realize it's not worth investing a shit load of more time on a build that will be crushed again and again anyway.

GGG can only keep expanding under it's current model with new players. And that will eventually stop as their demographic target becomes saturated.

I'd be interested in just how long the typical new player is interested in the game. I'm guessing the retention of most new players is short lived.

Yes they keep nerfing builds. But in the end there are so many options. Als new powerful items/skills and old ones! Its easy to overlook something. But the endgame realy has become more easy :p you can kill shaper with a realy cheap build. And cheap i mean under 1ex. Cus people go with meta. And forget about other strong items. Then they become super cheap. Its stupid realy :p
boo archetypes.
