I think your POB is wildly out of date, it uses circle of guilt rings, the gem setups are completely different. The gear is different. VERY CONFUSING!!!
This build rocks. I've customized it a bit but I'm running a very similar setup to your current gear but with Sporeguard and Leap Slam. Super fun. Running Enlighten too, but got it a bit early - still need my HoP ring.
Either way, melting T10 maps with ease and at only 3.6k HP right now (level 84). What parts of the skill tree are most important to grab? I'm running a large jewel with Overlord that has a smaller jewel connected with cry wolf and rattling bellow. I've put 11 points into the jewels so I'm wondering what should be prioritized highest to keep me strongest.
that HP is very low so id say work on getting +70 life on all items and specing into more hp nodes

I don't understand though. You use dash in your POB but suggest leap slam in the guide, you never mention earthshatter. You don't mention what the gem links should be during mapping and when to upgrade to what you are running. There's a giant gap of information, where I'm supposed to go from act 10 gear to ryslatha's, circle of guilt, conqueror efficacy (which is also never mentioned, where did Rapid expansion go?), 3 auras which i can't even reserve the mana for...
I'm lvl 86, what do I use. What gems and gear should I need right now, halfway into maps.

dash vs leap slam is preference
all slams work with this build; i was using earthshatter last time i played
there is a detailed gem section in the guide
act 10 -> gear up means you just need to map friend. get some currency going, this build does sirus 5 on a 5 link tidebreaker

your rings and necklace have no +life
no reason to use a tabula, get a temple modded chest with %life and 110+ max life with resists
dont use rage support in your main links
finish both merc and uber lab
get a source of mana leech (jewel or ring or amulet) and get rid of your mana flask
get a better helm
put second wind along with intimidating cry and seismic cry to give them all more uses
