And the third question, can I put Barrage into a Windripper
and Lightning Arrow into my armour? (+ 1 to level gems)
(If my armour were OK)

Barrage is not weak. Barrage support is weak.
Your armour is not bad, but we have synergy with a lot of abyssal jewels here

Barrage is not weak. Barrage support is weak.
Your armour is not bad, but we have synergy with a lot of abyssal jewels here

OK, I swapped armour, I already have Abyssal Armour.
I added Barrage + Helmet added "Barrage additional projectile".
I have active Summon Ice Golem + Herald of Ice + Herald of Thunder + Wrath + Precision Lv.1 / 20%.
With all this on, I have the Lightning Arrow 120 362 DPS and the Barrage 79 794DPS.
Ready Steelskin + Dash + BloodRage.
Is it all right?

All your damaging abilities are attacks, rather than spells, and by default scale very poorly off of gem levels. Upgrading Barrage from lvl20 to lvl21 gives me literally less than 1% DPS. Barely even worth the potential Vaal Orb. The only gem that gives more than a 1% increase with the jump to 21 is Wrath, and even that one's a minuscule upgrade with a downside since it also pushes the Int requirement to 159.

Quality-wise all gems should be pushed to 20%. Except maybe Wrath, Hypothermia and Inspiration.
