well, an incident report or AAR is usually required for these sort of things.

I must say i really love how transparent GGG are. And they don't BS us the player base. I personally have not bought a game since diablo 3 and vowed never to buy another retail game. But these guys changed my mind its refreshing to see a company that cares about its players and work very hard making POE the best ARPG of all time (thats right i said it ) Keep up the great work GGG!

I am thankful we even got a write up at all. With pretty much all other online games this sort of thing is swept under the rug and players are left in the dark as to what happened. Thank you so much for the open communication.

This is absolutely astonishing.

I have never met a company so open with their player base , never met one that had enough respect for their players that they admit and take responsibilities for their mistakes as a company and personal mistakes. I might have been mildly frustrated but understood this stuff happens but reading this I feel like im entering that highschool crush phase. I love GGG , you guys do go above and beyond for your players including keeping us in the loop which is rare. I hope this openness with your players continues as a regular thing as it truly is unique from a player stand point and I wanted to take the time to say...
