Laggy servers...
The latency goes from 20 to 200 depending on what instance I join...

Once again testing, still can't play. My ping on every other game and platform is 20ms...

That first server you shouldn't be able to play on now.
The second looks relatively okay. What I do notice is that there are also latency spikes between you and your router of up to 169ms " It's enough to pull your average latency up to 15ms on that first hop. Are you directly connected to your network, or through wifi? There is probably something going on there too.
I'm directly connected. I can check with my ISP as well to see this. However these lags aren't from my ISP since the latency stays at 200ms in my hideout and other instances, than I go to Oriath or other places and the latency stays at 20ms. These are problems with specific intances. I have even seen streamers reporting this. Before posting yesterday one of the Brazilian streamers said he was playing in the Washington server due to lagging instances...
Thanks for the reply. If it happens again, I'll continue posting to keep you updated. Night and day the streets resounded with music, song and the clinking of chalices and tankards, for it is well known that nothing is such thirsty work as the acquisition of knowledge.

I've been having routine lag issues while playing on PS4 Pro whether I'm plugged in directly to my modem or connected to the router through Wifi. There's something going on with the servers. It's really frustrating to run a map and either disconnect or have a large lag spike which makes you stand still do nothing and die or suddenly load a million projectiles in your face.

Can I grab another capture to 209.14.1.2 please?

" Well, I'm not the OP but here is your request just in case it works (I'm connected to Sao Paulo from Argentina):

" Thanks. Could you repeat this please? The DC claims they've made a change to fix it, but I am skeptical.
