life leech not working properly

This is still a problem..
Leech from any attack damage: 1.6%
Life leech total recovery per second modifier: 160%
And nothing happends

up for visibility, cant play as berserker..

Got the same problem constantly

Flasks work now (at least my instant works), leech doesnt work. And seems theres nothing about it in 3.7.3

I've noticed this on my slayer vs mostly soul eater mobs and a few of the bosses and generals. It's really weird because I'm also unable to leach mana, so I basically just stop being able to attack and die due to not leeching or being able to attack/dash. This isn't purely visual either, I've went back to hideout and come back to the fights and it's like I'm doing no damage to the mobs at all.

Well, literally can't play the game now, my 91lvl zerk is useless with this bug. I just 'died on my side', was watching my hp dissapear without flasks or lifesteal working. Had to logout to even respawn. Cool stuff.

Still not leeching a thing.
I really hoped it would be fixed by now.

Noticed this too!
My flasks is used but they stop working totally. I have even died without any "return to last CP" showing... 2 times today. My ping is about 25-30, my build is not that hot but I think you can see it here.
Devs should delve with that build and items to test it out.
It's truly annoying!
