Legion mobs in Legion Domains still cannot be frozen. They can though in maps....is this a bug?

Seems like a solid patch.
Quit after Legion, rejoined PoE to see what the game's like now in 3.12.

Crash Fixes
Fixed a client crash that occurred when using Flicker Strike supported by Ancestral Call Support. I wish i can say Thank you, but i have still disconects.... |

Dunno what did u fixed but for now i was kicked from the game about 10 times ! fix this pls

Even more disconnects than last patch when transitioning areas. lag spikes still as bad as before.
