when you changed how melee works you introduced hundreds of bugs into the code, and you made the game random disconnect all the time.

these things need your attention.

not making more MTX.

i have not quit yet but i know that many long time players have quit.

this is a bad way to run a business unless you are trying to make us quit.

I dont know why many players think that the art creators who do the MTX or the community managers could do anything about ingame bugs or crashes. I had many game crashes since launch too, but I dont blame staff from departments that cant do anything about it.
