"Random crash no error message" Not fixed in 3.7.2.

I'm playing a Necro with Zombies, and was running a map with some water and it crashed 3 times within a couple of minutes. Decided to rush it with just a spectre and skeleteons, and to my surprise, I was able to finish it without crashes. Seems like Zombies caused the crash. Other crash instances appear randomly, but in this case it looked like a solid clue.

Allright another update: I've been playing in lockstep now for a while. It still crashes once in a while, but not as bad as it used to.

I've adapted the habit of checking the logfiles immediately after each crash.

Result of this after four crashes:

When i actually crash, there still is no error message in the logfiles. Hence the errormessages, wich i found, apparently don't refer to my ctds.

This might be a hard one to fix :/.

Started leveling a summoner (4 zombies up) and have been crashing fairly consistently - usually on zone change after killing a boss, but occasionally at other times. Same crash to desktop with no error. This does not happen on my Trickster at all.

Looking at this thread, it seems everyone else with the issue was also playing with summons?

At least i am. Reading a couple of "crash" threads here on the forums and reddit i believe though, that it is an issue with some melee skills (or setups) too. I'm not certain though, because the posts often are not 100% clear.

Atm i think we can narrow it down to: no error message, no logfile entry, only happens in lockstep, zombies, maybe other summons/melee skills. I'll test a bit in lowlvl meeps whether the crash appears without zombies too, using just skeletons.

Edit says i have a new suspect: The zombie-slam attack. It seemed like the amount of crashes decreased quite significantly, when i removed the second threshhold jewel (hence made them slam less often), because i needed the skillpoints somewhere else.

Unfortunately we cannot narrow it down to zombies, crashing with just skellies too :/. Sigh.

I have played almost whole day and I get maybe 40 crashes.. it's very bad guys.. . I don't get any error message after this. It happens like alt+f4

Same here, more than 10 crashes to desktop today.
performance was crazy bad in maps and i lost a character earlier today. leveling a new character with zombies/srs/skeletons and have been getting crashes constantly.

switching to predictive to see if it helps but playing predictive on HC seems like a nightmare against the map level legion encounters

Every crash I've had involved zombies being active, but not in combat.

The ones I can remember clearly are:
- Killed Warden, crashed on Prisoner's Gate appearing (after loading.)
- Killed Act2 boss, crashed on Sarn Enbankment appearing (after loading.)
- Crashed after some unique died in the Crematorium (not the end 'boss'.)
Each time nothing in error log to indicate a crash.

Haven't used skellies at all, but I just did act 3 with pure SRS and had no issues. Come to think of it, my frost blade assassin had an ice golem out the whole time and never crashed from 1-70.

For now I'm just going to play no zombies or skellies and see if it crashes again.
I have the same issue it seems to be linked to my zombies dying or being hit.
