I posted earlier in this thread about having a lot of the same issues as others but figured out that the cause for all of my issues was the fact that somehow PoE was opening in 32x. There's a 64x app in the directory that I run as admin, yet it still forces itself into 32x. I fixed it yesterday and was able to play all day without any issues, but today PoE is again opening up in 32x and trying the same tactic of running it from the 64x file directory isn't fixing it.

I did update windows and my graphic drivers last night, so maybe that's cause for this? I just don't understand how PoE is even opening in 32x in the first place?

Have anyone also having trouble playing other games after experiencing this issue? My comp got restarted several times and even can't play simple game like dead cells. I try to revert my comp back to restore points, reseting nvidia 3D graphic settings, revert the driver, but none of this fix my issue, now my comp literally turn into a potato, thanks to GGG

I've had the same problem. When the system totally crashes and freezes the only thing that can fix it is to force boot the system. This leads to problems. I'm talking little things like having my system screen turn off time changed from 10 minutes to never. I'm also talking about huge problems like banishing Start Screen frozen. That took me re-downloading entire windows to fix.

POE causes problems with systems. Just saying guys so be careful.

I am getting this error while doing Jun research encounters. Gotten it 4 times in 2 days. It happens every time the masters are about to die, weird thing is when i log back in again get to them again they are dead

same as champ3n, research last room and legion encounters (maraketh in particular) are both keen to give you this [present]. It only started to happen today for me.

Been getting this every Syndicate encounter in Blight.

Update on my crash: My video card (Under 1 yr old 1080) is dead. I am not trying to scare anyone but you should at least heed caution till something is fixed.

I am now without a computer to do my daily work on or game. This one I am on now is a heap but I am really thankful for it.

I'm not going to try to get GGG to pay for anything because I love them and I know if it was their fault, they didn't go out of their way to make it happen -- sht happens.

I am taking it in the booty and sending my card off to MSI USA.

P.S.

I know there's VERY rare circumstances where a games code can overheat a card but to the best of my personal I.T. knowledge, never heard of something like this being caused from a game's code.
