I click on the torrent link and nothing happens... besides a 156k file that does nothing. Is it down right now?

Hmmm interesting having incubators as their own class. I do hope (if Legion items go core) that we will get an updated fragment stash tab. I rather see all fragments/splinters and such stuff in there than scarabs.
