3.7| Stress Free PoE - SLOW-MO ZOMBIES |Clear the Atlas with YOUR Items at YOUR Pace (SSF & Co-op)
"Sweet. Nothing like playing with Mon't's. Just remember when you go all physical (Shield Charge...which has a nice smooth screen movement hey?) that you need to add non-cold damage to your Attacks. I'm sure you knew, but just a reminder...it's easy to overlook things when we delve deep in character building. Thanks for keeping us posted! https://www.ForeverExiled.com/: Forever Exiled, A Path of Exile Podcast

"Sorry if this was already answered. It's a possible outcome from using a Vaal Orb on the Tabula. It has a good chance to screw over the Tabula though so only do it on a second Tabula, not your only one. https://www.ForeverExiled.com/: Forever Exiled, A Path of Exile Podcast Last edited by Wrecker_of_Days#7691 on Aug 22, 2019, 12:44:05 PM

"The new gems look great hey! I like your setup! I'm not sure what to do yet. I'm hoping the ascendancy is well balanced...that it doesn't force you to pick certain skill combos. I've had trouble with Zombies being a little more dumb than usual with Cyclone. So maybe the new Meat Shield will help their awareness. I hope the Ascendancy will be released soon than later. We have stuff to think about! https://www.ForeverExiled.com/: Forever Exiled, A Path of Exile Podcast

"Hey rateyesbig, You're very welcome! I'm glad you're enjoying it so much! Minions are always my favourite. No minions? No Wrecker ;). To answer your question, Fireball works great with this build. But you will miss out on two things: Fortify and Holy Relic. Both of those need an Attack (Fortify needs Melee). In terms of Elemental Equilibrium, it doesn't conflict at all. Once 3.8 comes out you're more than welcome to follow this current 3.7 version of the guide. I'll be posting (and linking) a new thread to the 3.8 version of the guide...and I'm not sure what changes I'll be making in that regard. Thanks for your kind words and for taking the time to share them. :) https://www.ForeverExiled.com/: Forever Exiled, A Path of Exile Podcast

"Melee Splash is always good for clearing but I don't like swapping it out for boss battles. I never remember. The new gems coming out make it hard to decide until you've played around with it, you know? If the zombies are killing fast enough, keep it as is. If they aren't clearing as fast, feel free to add it, of course. But, come 3.8, GGG is increasing the damage of minion gems as they level, "We have buffed the per-gem-level progression of many minion types...". So keep in mind, any changes you make may be temporary as 3.8 comes out in two weeks. https://www.ForeverExiled.com/: Forever Exiled, A Path of Exile Podcast Last edited by Wrecker_of_Days#7691 on Aug 22, 2019, 12:58:51 PM

"Hey N3_PH, You bet I am. The build history for this guide started in 3.1. Minions are always my favourite so, life permitting, I'll be updating all my guides each league. Thanks for the interest (and sweet badge list). https://www.ForeverExiled.com/: Forever Exiled, A Path of Exile Podcast

" I actually missed where you asked this, but saw the question in WoD's response, so I'll answer here. I really like SRS as a clearing mechanic and boss destroyer, but I hated casting it myself and the same is also true with Skeletons. As part of my "stress-free" build I have both SRS and Summon Skeletons linked to Spell Totem Support and Multiple Totems Support. If you cast Summon Skeletons with this combo it will pop up 2 totems where you where pointing with the mouse. These two totems will then each summon Skeletons on top of any enemies in range as fast as they can in whatever numbers you can summon them, i.e. 3 skeletons each if you have the Bone Sculptor Node. If you then cast SRS, one of the totems for Skeletons will drop and two will come up that then start absolutely spamming SRS if there are any enemies within their area of effect. It can really clear anything, and it's how I managed to clear the first Labyrinth when I was only lv 37. Just keep in mind that EE requires you doing Lightning damage so the enemies aren't buffed against the SRS fire damage! " With the new gems, my zombies are going to be huddled around me, not going after the boss. LOL Last edited by MasterZoen#4510 on Aug 22, 2019, 1:17:14 PM

"Good observation. The spinning is Cyclone. I need a smooth and slow screen to be able to play. But I found that my zombies were extra dumb with cyclone for some reason and didn't always hit enemies I was hitting and just stood there. So I was trying a few other "long-range melee" skills. I've been trying so many ideas with my builds lately that I'm running out of Chromatic Orbs. So I didn't switch my gear back to the original Cyclone setup. Now that Minions are a big focus in 3.8, I'll be building from the ground up. But don't worry, GGG normally gives a free re-spec to all characters. So it'll let you reallocate ALL your passive nodes one time, for free once 3.8 is released. https://www.ForeverExiled.com/: Forever Exiled, A Path of Exile Podcast

"That's a really smart way to get two minions on one totem. I like it. ":) I have yet to decide if my zombies are going to be aggressive, defensive, or if I'll put both on them. I've always wanted to do Zombie Bombs with Minion Instability...so we'll see. https://www.ForeverExiled.com/: Forever Exiled, A Path of Exile Podcast

" Thanks, I noticed that Multiple Spell totems said "+2 to maximum number of summoned totems" and also said "Supported Skills Summon two Totems instead of one". A quick check on the wiki showed me "Totems can have different maximum active totem limits. If a totem is summoned at the maximum limit of totems, it will destroy the oldest totem that doesn't break the totem limit." Sure enough, it worked the way I thought it would. I'm darn sure that I'm not the first to come up with this, though I don't think I ever looked up an SRS build, so... Yeah, I'm sure someone has this on the forums. What really clinched it for me however was about minions in this section: https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Totem#Skills_cast_by_totems Zombies do get a lot of life, but if you've got them buffed up with a high level gem, minion life and as a Necro have the Invoker and Commander of Darkness nodes as well as most of the Minion Life Leech/Regen nodes like in your build, then they only die if you are going after a boss, or outside your level safe zone. Sometimes, they don't die even then. Minion Instability does apply to skeletons as well, however... Last edited by MasterZoen#4510 on Aug 22, 2019, 1:40:10 PM
