No, leaguestart in the EU is usually at 9pm.
But in germany for example, we have summer- and wintertime,so we have to put the clock forward. Some guys invented this in the 80s to take advantage of the daylight,it never worked , but we still have to do it twice a year. lul https://www.twitch.tv/der_rasierer

Please try to provide countdown timers for events like these. It shows the wrong time currently for nearly everyone in europe with Summer time :(
