" The file is completely blank, so Ctrl+F doesn't do anything bc there is nothing to find. I am assuming that PoE tries to write a config when it starts up, but it doesn't even get that far huh? |

Hi everyone,
The "[DISPLAY] space_effects=2" thing worked for me. But instead of "space_effects" was with "screenspace_effects=2". Thank you very much. edit: after logggin and start in game the error appears aggain... Last edited by RPN#5888 on May 6, 2019, 3:50:48 PM

" OMG after 4 days of suffering from severe withdrawal it WORKS! Thanks much Edit: Or so I thought. Lots of blue on my screen and the error came after about 5minutes of playing. I tried all of the above.... nothing has worked and I have a 1070 gtx. It's not an old hardware issue. We shouldn't have to fix and tweak the game to play it. -_- ... The game worked last week and now it's not... this is so frustrating.

Had the same propblem while running on older hardware than actually recommended. I just re-installed and made sure no data connected to poe remained on my pc and till now it seems to work.

Started having this error yesterday. Never had any issues up til this point with game. This fix worked for me. I crashed everytime I entered a map bosses room, burned 4 portals. Did the fix, entered and killed him no problem.
