3.6.4 Patch Notes

ok. AND NOW LET's TALK ABOUT THE MAIN ISSUE IN THE GAME RIGHT NOW : SERVER LAGS.

And they are caused BY GGG that doesn't shutdown server for maintenance anymore but proceed to that maintenance while people are playing on servers but are not told about the incoming lag/waves of "could not find instance" or "abnormal disconnection" or what ever lag (even in hideouts just proceeding to trade or recipes and internet connection is perfect, no lag on discord or streaming or whatever).
Seriously, I don't know who's the genius at GGG that proposed that idea but it was far better in the old time. No way for me to play HC in this current situation.

1/ AT LEAST WARN US IN GAME BEFORE YOU'RE GOING TO PROCEED TO A SERVER MAINTENANCE
2/ give us a planning of weekly server maintenances
3/ don't do servers maintenance all servers at the same time (it's not occuring AFAIK, but to be sure)
4/ give us an in game option to move to another server if there is an incoming maintenance on the server we are on

At least do something cause i'm bored of it and have many friends that don't play POE anymore just because of the ù^$*ùm^$ lags.

This is very obviously a problem that requires more than a simple mid-league bug patch to fix. They are aware of how players feel about this, and you making posts about it ad nauseum will not speed anything up. Fixes like this take time and care.

Agreed. Stun as a game mechanic is useless currently. Don't need it for mobs and bosses are immune. Would be nice if it were a useable secondary mechanic.

Also consider bolstering the Fortify wheel and adding spell damage mitigation to it as well.

What do you mean? Fortify is mitigating damage of any source if it comes from hit.
