I don't understand why do you get frenzy charges? Would like to also know how do you counter the downside of gloomfang, I don't get it. Thanks for the guide :) |

" So on the full priced version you use Green Nightmare which gains chance to generate frenzy charges when nodes taken giving cold res are in it's radius. and you can either use Thief's Torment ring or an Elder Life Gain on Hit ring, which can give upto 20 Life Gained per enemy hit by your attacks I make odd builds and sometimes write guides.

Thanks I understand better now but I still don't get why do you take frenzy charges nodes. Blood rage already generates frenzy charges on kill, yet people don't go ahead and take the nodes usually without being raider, why do you do so?

" It's alright man, so you gain increased attack speed from Frenzy charges for one and also gain 4% increased evasion per frenzy charge with the node on the tree (next to the acrobatics Frenzy Charge) so increased evasion is nice. On top of that Ice Bite gains added cold damage per Frenzy Charge, at three charges it's not worth having, 5 charges it's a strong contender, 6 charges it's nearly the same at 7, Level 21 ice bite adds more than level 21 added cold. Stacking both is ridiculous Thus: Added Cold Level 21: 187 to 280 Hyrri's Ire: Adds (173-188) to (240-262) Cold Damage to Bow Attacks Ice bite Level 21: 76 to 114 and 17 to 25 added per Frenzy (102 to 150 making that 178 to 264 added cold) or at 7 charges (119 to 175 making that 195 to 289 added cold) Death's Opus well rolled 98 to 210 phys converted to cold at 147% base damage. Taste of Hate on top for another 20% phys as extra cold. Herald of Ice adds cold too ANNNND whatever you get from Hyrri's Demise and Searching Eye Jewels. It's a fuck tonne of ele damage. Following that you then get 5% of cold damage as chaos damage from Green Nightmare, 15% Elemental Damage as Chaos from Atziri's Promise and at +4 Chain 80% non-chaos as extra chaos from Gloomfang. This leads to damage levels such as I make odd builds and sometimes write guides.

" Early on you take the 0.4% node down in the bottom right, but later on once you've gotten a Lioneye's Fall Jewel you take the claw nodes (which convert into bow nodes with that jewel) 100% crit chance 55% Crit Multi 10% Chance to blind 32% increased ailment damage (we do ignite after all) 1.6% life leech 0.8% mana leech and increased recovery rate.
