The build's legitimacy has been put into question by different sources and they were right at some points. All these pob datas are used by me just to see where my build is going rather than making the build public and understandable to others. So it was messy, unordered and DPS was inflated at some points. I'll share 2 versions, one is that i use to delve with and the other is where i'll satisfy the lack of mother's care & love when i was child by showing off high DPS screenshots in item display cabinet section. I need to cure this neglected child in me you know.

delving pob:

DPS focused pob:
https://pastebin.com/4J6WRnXT 188M No Rumi, assuming boss has phases and i can put my spell totems to apply wither. 10.5k EHP + as usual. It doesn't use rumi flask, so it can't be considered as efficient delve build at all. This build can be used for DPS showcasing, T16 farming, making of meme videos etc.
