Issues with Playstation Purchases

Dear PoE team,

Thanks for this great game with loads and loads of renewed content.
Basically it's leagues back to back... Nice on the screen and so but it looks like fundamental problems are not resolved.
This Playstation Network purchase communication issue is now taking over 4 years to get resolved??
How hard can an automated task be ??
If communication fails for some reason then inform client with the ticket nr.

In my case the PS5 info shows correctly the pack that I bought Inc coins.
Game indicates update it's applied but even after complete reboot and relogging nothing happens.

D4 is non spoken here but at least they have stuff like this in order.

Update: it seems that I was to fast to complain, although with hours of delay I did get my pack and all is fine 🙂
