They have logs of events, they can verify whether report is a lie or truth.

Also it doesn't matter if someone is banned after 100 reports, because many do it from throwaway accounts and by the time that account is banned, they already transfered the profits somewhere else.

Previous league for example I encountered many scam attempts with exalt buying, they would sneak stacks of 1c between stacks of 10c, it was so prevalent you often had to try 2-3 different traders to find one good one (not counting all the no reply pricefixers ofc).

Common strat was as well to message for a 10ex items and ask can they give it partially in chaos (let's say 9ex and rest chaos), they would put wrong amount of chaos, cancel, put correct amount of chaos but swap 9ex for 1ex. A friend of mine got scammed like that once, now he kicks everyone who doesn't have exact sum for the sake of caution.

Not mentioning old scams like 4+2 link for the price of 6link (usually shavs, but other common chests too, tremor rods etc.), enlighten / empower 3 instead of 4, non-awakened gem instead of awakened... I'm not gonna even say boss service scams where someone for example botches a 5-way legion farm and then gets negative comment on their vouch thread, reports it to GGG and that comment gets scrubbed.

I know comments get scrubbed because there's a guy who stole & reposted someone's else build without any credit, without most nuance, just barebores gear + gems + pob and several people noticed it, including original build creator, commented on it, and these posts disappeared - obvious case of support scrubbing comments thread creator doesn't like.

And they don't want players calling others out on the forums for obvious reasons...if you get scammed or encounter a scammer, just report them and move on.


For myself having been scammed, I am not really even mad about the ex lost which is why I didn't take all the extra steps to verify and be safe. It is more that I shouldn't have to take all those precautions in a game in 2021 when every other game has a real trading system. I have a few currency making methods I have perfected the last few leagues that it doesn't take long at all to get the ex back. The most annoying part to me is that the harvest crafting (which is pretty much mandatory now to get good items) has such an awkward trading system that requires you to trade your items. Even more frustrating than the website based system where it can take 30 minutes to buy some basic crafting items. I much prefer to be actually playing the game than scouring a third party program with its own third party tracking systems to craft items. I love the game, but the trading system just to buy things like fossils is already bad enough compared to every other 2021 game, and the harvest trading is even worse.

I am running heavy ES on this build with 4k health and 5.8kES, and planned out a CI swap with over 10k ES that I gathered all the base items for the swap and more than enough ex to make it work, but I literally cant bring myself to go though the pain of all the harvest crafts it will take.

Next step here should be just to put a bench craft suffix to block, and add chaos right? That would guarantee a +1 chaos to prefix.



Of course will need to remove cold damage afterwards and add chaos damage.
If you can't control it, STOP.

Ya your in good shape, your gonna have a 50/50 shot at a perfect amulet later on if you can hit frenzy/endu/power charge on kill instead of item/gem cost, gl.
Alot of you guys already know this stuff so please just disregard but I wanted to post this for the people having trouble finding harvests and just making money in general.

There is a very reliable way to get harvests and very valuable maps and drops using the new atlas passive changes and watchstones.

The first thing you want to do is unlock atleast 6 atlas points in Maven's Uncharted Realms, these are unlocked by having the Maven witness the shaper guardians, elder guardians, breachlords, etc, the bigger fights.

Once you have 6 points path to and unlock Zana's "Paths not Taken" node, and "Secrets of the Stone" node. This now doubles the amount of maps/options she gives you anytime you encounter her, thus giving you many more chances to get "complete the harvest" maps or good unique maps, and the other node greatly boosts the effects of the next step.

The second step you will have to chip away at b/c its expensive but very worthwhile. You will want to add 2 specific watchstones to every region of your atlas, not gonna lie, they are 2-5 exalted each, its a slow process.

With these slotted, and the "Secrets of the Stones" passive you are going to have a roughly +125% chance in every region to encounter Zana or get a Zana Mission instead of another master, and when you encounter her, she has an extra 2 options ontop of her doubled amount from "Paths not Taken".

Again, the watchstones are expensive but eventually pay for themselves, you can try rolling them your selves but I never had any luck and with Alts at 1c/3alts it wasnt worth it to me trying over and over.

Anyways this should dramatically boost your harvests and get you alot of synthesis maps, doryani's mechanism ones etc, good luck.

The pain in the butt part is getting -malevolence AND frenzy/power/endu on kill without getting the life regen or item/gem line. If you get the life regen its much cheaper to remove, a remove life roll can take it off, the problem is you typically get the item/gem line and then 1 of the 2 good rolls you wanted.

So, what do you mean with the statement above? Is it to exalt slam for the suffix?

No, all you need to is the following;

Remove defence to take off the ES

Bench craft -cost of Non-Channeling Skills

Augment Chaos for Chaos DoT Multi, if you get chaos resist you have 2 choices;

Keep the resist and sacrifice1 influenced line, or remove/add chaos and risk losing the +1 to chaos gems, and then have to start over further back, but in the end have a much better amulet

Augment Influence, target is endurance/power/frenzy charges on kill, if you get life regeneration its safely removalbe with Remove Life, if you get item/gem reduction your basically stuck with it

They are all harvest crafts though outside the 1 bench craft

You already have a nearly perfect base though, I wouldnt waste anymore $ on the other amulets.

Atleast hit your current amulet with 1 "augment chaos" harvest craft and see if you get chaos damage over time multiplier.

From there its just a matter of a few more harvest crafts to turn that amulet into a 50+EX master piece.

See if you can get the chaos DoT multi on though if $s tight, then can go deeper later on.

I am currently running this build as well as a Split Arrow Bleed bow Gladiator. I have two large cluster jewels which grant the following passives:

#1: 84% Chaos damage

#2: 72% increased damage with bow
72% increased damage over time with bow skills
Fuel the Fight notable passive

Does anyone have any advice on which jewel would work best with which build? I am thinking of placing the first jewel on this build.
