Looks good but only issue I note is, how are you generating that Lvl1 Arcane Surge? Looks like you are running a Wrath: Phys -> Light conversion & Vitality Eye. Technically you can drop the Phys to Lightning Support gem in your 6-Link, and use a stronger support. But without the Zealotry eye for Arcane Surge, you technically can't generate it.

I swap it with portal gem, and use flame dash to trigger it, which I only do on high tiers otherwise I just keep portal gem.

Finally managed a second CotB in SSF (wasn't one of the hundreds of chanced two-stone rings, but a random drop in map memory), which has made a big difference. Found a Kurgal (swapped out Eber's Unification for The Broken Crown for a chaos res boost, which made the fight a lot more forgiving in phase two), but sadly didn't drop Command of the Pit. Nearly at depth 400 - another four Ahuatotli the Blinds, so fingers crossed on another Kurgal or two in my future. Still looking for another iL81+ Elder amulet with a better implicit to craft, and at ~30 Atziri runs with no Atziri's Steps, I've been looking around for alternatives - I've chaos-spammed some il83+ boots for a shot at the "(9–10)% chance to Dodge Spell Hits" + MS/life but no luck so far (currently replenishing my stock of chaos), and I'm one Screaming Essence of Scorn away from being able to chain-upgrade to a Deafening to roll on some fractured +30%ms boots for the what-feels-like-it-should-be-buffed "(7–8)% chance to Dodge Spell Hits".

Edit: If I was looking for an alternative to Cerberus Limb leech, would using a "0.6% of Damage Leeched as Life and Mana if you've Killed Recently" boot enchant for trash, and swapping the Ele Weakness in the Storm Brand/Curse on Hit setup for Warlord's Mark on bosses be workable?

The thing is, if you have EB, you don't spend any mana. You spend your ES to cast skills. So Arcane Surge can never proc - only way to get it is Zealotry Watcher's Eye, Command of the Pit, or one of those insane fractured implicit rings.

my bad I thought it was triggering, oh well still have 2.9m dmg and somewhat better survivability,but if you use the other watcher's eye you have 3.5m dmg and 800 life regen 9-1000 max and 500 life leech

was just looking at the tree and you could squeeze another point if you take the dex node under coordination then remove the strength/intel links

Good call - I initially went that route however to pick up Ethereal Feast. It's a tossup between that and Soul Feast - both are good nodes, but you do save 1 skill point if you go for Soul Thief (and take the dex node below Coordination) as you mentioned. Ethereal Feast would give you some better ES leech / attack&cast speed, but Soul Thief gives some additional flat evasion/ES.

I'd say with lower gear levels, or if you are running a 5L without Energy Leech, you probably want to go for Ethereal Feast since it's 1.3% spelldamage leech rather than 0.3%.

Hey , nice build you got . Got only the watcher eye with Gain arcane with zealotry so should i use beside zealotry wrath or both heralds ? Whats best dmg in that case? Ofcourse i got my TPF linked so no arctic armour prob.

Best to check your PoB, but typically Hatred is better than Wrath, because it's % extra damage.

I'd run Zealotry + Hatred, unless you have the Zealotry + Wrath Eye combo.

I noticed you have the Adds #-# Lightning Damage if you haven't Killed Recently enchant on your boots in POB. Is that the best boot enchant in your opinion? What are some other strong boot enchants? For gloves and helm also for that matter.

Damage-wise against bosses or single target, it's probably the best. Overall the boot/glove enchant has rather minimal impact on your performance.

For trash though, I'd probably go with:
16% increased attack/cast speed if you've killed recently
(Faster DI stacks, faster shield charging)

0.6% damage leeched as life if you've killed recently
(only if you are using a multimod dagger, IE: no Cerberus limb, this provides you leech on trash. Hands down best option if not using a Cerberus.)

10% increased movement speed if not hit recently
(self explantory, helps with shieldcharge or in maps you can't really charge around easily due to layout or obstacles)

Helm enchant: Obviously a Divine Ire variant, but they are quite expensive on an Eber's. 40% increased damage is good, but I think the "damages 2 extra nearby enemies while gaining stages" is probably stronger for overall map/trash.

Alternatively, stuff like 36% increased Arctic Armor Buff Effect isn't bad at all.
