You guys DO see it, right?

"Trade bot is not allowed" would be their input.
They're not allowed no, but no one wants to report them because the bots are solving a problem that GGG refuses to address.

Would they get banned ? They have a team with 1000 hours of play time and they all play ssf?

I do not get how any of those QA guys playing league live do not report them.

Like, do GGG team even trade?

I assume it's the same as when you try to proofread your own work, you know what you wanted to say so you skim over the fact that it's not really there. So GGG thinks about how much they think players should be trading and do that, and instead ignore how much the game actually asks players to trade.
I also have encountered many tradebots as well. Some even 100% automated for sure. Most are related to currency trading.

There are also (a few) bots that buy underpriced stuff on market automatically. You can sometimes tell by their interactions and some bots are so dumb to near-instantly fill the trade window with orbs (which a normal player cannot possibly do).

I don't see it, they don't want to encourage it and its work to enforce it if they aren't allowed.

They don't want either, no answer is the best option just pretend it doesn't happen :p

I don't think legal but almost everyone I've traded with this league has been using one which kind of proves that GGGs player interaction trade meme is dumb as hell.

A so bots aren't allowed, but you can use macro programs to do things like send a "Thanks, good luck," or "In lab, will respond shortly." Even that speeds up the process considerably.
