Syndicate Freezes, Stutters/Drops Frames Severely

Oh, "PathOfExile_x64Steam.exe" do appear as problem signature multiple times, whatever that actually means.

Syndicate encounters usually go like this: intervention jumps in, game freezes completely for 20-30s, sometimes an error saying the programs has stopped responding would appear, then either crashes to desktop without error or crashes to login screen due to connection issues. My character would be dead, of course. Only once did the game briefly freeze (< 10s?) but recovered afterwards without crashing.
