EU Latency/Connectivity Issues [Deutsche Telekom/1&1]

So can we please get ANY statement from GGG:

-Is it in your (GGG) hands to change anything?
-Or are the problems related to a 3rd party partner of you?

-Are you (GGG) in negotiations with our ISPs?
-Or don't you (GGG) want to pay for transit?

-Can we do anything? Like start a petition to our ISP?

Just got off the phone with Telekom again. After 3+ weeks of almost daily contact i got in contact with someone who actually had a fucking clue. He actually looked at the WinMTR logs i sent him and looked through this thread and saw all the other WinMTR logs. It's a peering issue and they have no interest whatsoever in fixing it.

Their best solution: start a forum or facebook thread and get as many people as possible to post, so maybe, just maybe, one of the people from Telekom will look at it and do something. People have tried that for many years though and it doesn't help at all.
Simply put: if you're stuck with Telekom, 1&1 and whoever else uses their network, then you're simply fucked and can't play PoE without a VPN.

My advice: cancel your Telekom account anyway. Vote with your wallet. German internet is a fucking joke and it'll never get better as long as Telekom has a monopoly.

well then... Since my contract lasts some time, its time to say Goodbye PoE.

i have internet from 1&1 losers. download is a joke... and its not possible to switch to cable.

i have VPN for most countries. and it doenst help. you have same sh*tty lag every few sec.
but remember that i have no lag in diablo3 and other games.... so yes. its ggg`s fault. and i have only lag since last week...
Same here as well.
Its 3 pm in germany and the game becomes unplayable again. Still no statement from ggg. Time to move to a different game.
Same issue here as well. My internet provider is deutsche telecom. At my parents house I have no problem playing with an old notebook. At my home with better internet connection and much better pc I have lag spikes in some instances. I always reset the map or my hideout and suddenly its fine again. Normally I have like 12ms and some instances spike from 40 to 200 and more. The last few days it was wprse than ever. Game is hardly playable when I have to reset every second instance and loose many portals on my maps. Please find a solution for this. Take my energy!
Hey guys,
same issue for me.
Legion start was fine, around 30ms on Frankfurt /Amsterdam.
Since friday June 14 its not really playable for me anymore.
I was in contact with my ISP "Deutsche Telekom", they see no issues.
They said the the bad weather in my region could have been the issue for a few hours but that weather excuse was 2 weeks ago.

The lag and complete freezes occure random.
When I stand around in my hideout its fine, the moment I start moving it is a short lag. After that I got spikes every few seconds.
Peeks from 30ms up to 600ms.

All the other games, programms are fine till I start up PoE.
PC is up to date, same for my router (fritz box).

Please look into it GGG.
Thanks
