EU Latency/Connectivity Issues [Deutsche Telekom/1&1]

I am getting 50% disconnects regardless of gateway selection. While in an area it is fine. Only changing areas causes the disconnects.

ISP: Deutsche Telekom (Reseller 1&1)
Country: Germany
Gateway: Amsterdam (all other EU are the same)

So, I have been on the phone with my ISP 2 times today. and have power cycled everything in the house atleast a few times. seems again I have no issue with connecting to other things and no ping problems else where. These are the lastest WinMTR results which are consistant test after test. Whatever the problem is, seems to have occured directly from yesterday around mid-day after never having a issue with connection or latency.

ping naturally in server was 12-13ms now 25 on low end and spiking to 180 and all in between. please note that even when all pings show as low and no % loss anywhere my in game ping is still spiking with no improvement

The game is atm unplayable with my standard char - loosing maps to unplayable lags.
In Synthesis i have to strg + click until i find a playable instance.
Please fix this.
I have only in Path of Exile lags, all other games are fine.

Seeing your pastebin, your packet loss happens between your router (10.8.8.1) and your provider (vlan301.core-dc1-agg1.man4.uk.m247.com), that's more of a local problem with your line than one with PoEs servers

Were there any changes yet? It is actually playable right now, although it still feels horrible. There are "only" small hiccups and no major freezes. Maybe it is still too early, though.

Every other game is perfectly fine.
