OK, this looks to be in towns that have not had their instances updated. If you go to a fresh hideout it should work. We'll set it up do players default to going to new town instances.

I have been patching for 30 minutes now for a 10 mb patch. what on earth is this. I downloaded and installed the entire league patch in less time this morning. ( this is via steam ) I swear if its still broken after this.
