Will include levelling trees tomorrow!
However keep in mind you will still be levelling as life/hybrid till maps (that if you are starting fresh).

Appreciated your patch-notes review as well as your updated guides.
I consider to start out with one of yours (winter orb, soulrend or shock nova).
What do you think makes the best starter out of these, maybe there is anything else that I've missed and what will be your own pick? :)

Winter Orb is fastest, Shock Nova is THE MOST, fun when you pop whole screen, but requires Inpulsa to obliterate. Soulrend is definitely much slower, but will be much tankier in end game.

"League Starter #1"
"Ultimate"

Why you are in need of such clickbait terms? You are still theory crafting.

Will reduce damage

Are you sure about that?

GMP reads:
Supported Skills fire 4 additional Projectiles
Supported Skills deal (35-26)% less Projectile Damage

I guess the initial "Impact" damage would be lower, but the DoT damage should be the same...

Plus, we would leech from 5 projectiles :)

Yes, it's pompous. But you gotta stand out or your thread will just become on of a million.
And this thread is called like that for a reason.
1) First of all it combines the best setups from all over PoE. Most ED builds out there just give you 1 setup to play. I will display and explain at least 3-4.
2) It is deep. It leads from from the start to the end with all possible options. It explains how everything works.
3) ED is one the best league starters in the whole game.

You won't leech from 1 projectiles and yes, it will reduce all damage, hence the prohectile tag on a skill gem.

I've just been reading through reddit's post, where Rory confirms that DoT component isn't affected.
Here is the source: https://www.reddit.com/r/pathofexile/comments/ay6btq/-/ehz88mf/?context=3

Before, I would have also thought that it reduces the damage of both components. PoE has some pretty complicated mechanics, thats for sure.
Also, sorry for quote text formatting. It says I can quote only three times and I was over the limit.

Sweet! And good to know! Thanx!
So the DoT is independant then.
