Those sound like awesome ideas, i also have an idea for vaal dominating blow it goes something like this,

Vaal dominating blow - instantly dominates target Non-boss/unique enemy regardless of how much life they have remaining, dominated enemy retains nemesis/bloodline/tormented spirit mods, dominated totems will retain their aura mod, can store 3 charges

I doubt that minion AI will change any time soon or will ever be a choice for players but kudos for the thread. It looks really nice.
