Hey Decadent_Omar,

There are a lot of differences between those two builds. In terms for league starts, it is way easier to get started with elementalist as they are reflect immune without the need to gather crit along with easier to gain dps nodes and easier to spread ailments which is overall safer without the gear investment. That is a consequence of NOT playing elementalist.

Assassin functions differently for a reason. If you want to manipulate power charges then this build is definitely for you. And with the changes to critical strike makes this really interesting to see how far we can really bring this build. Assassin manipulates power charges and gives us massive boosts in damage via critical strike chance/multiplier. The main build can take some time to build up as it does use a few uniques that require boss drops. As a league start this is still fairly good as the nerf to storm brand was not that much damage overall.

Overall, I would definitely try both just to see what you would rather as the play-styles are definitely different.

PATH OF BUILDING & SKILL TREE

This is my Path of Building link and I created skill trees for every 10 levels leading up to my current level. You can toggle through them by clicking the default menu on the tree screen in PoB at the bottom left of the screen and choosing whichever one you need.

Yes it has been broken by the newest update with Path of Build because of the new tree points. I am updating all of my PoB's for my guides tonight with new changes to the skill tree's and what I suspect to be the accurate skill tree we should use.

You can! It will provide more utility while leveling and traveling through maps than ice! I plan on updating the leveling section of all of my guides with more info on specific gem choices and skill swaps for certain situations!

can u pls show ur tooltip damage from game client?
i have now about 6.3k ehp due to mom and some mana nodes, all of damage nodes from guide taken, 10 charges. but tooltip damage is 8-13k vs solo target, with 100% crit, 500 c.mult, elder ring(+70% spd on shaper's mark) and hypothermia(i have contuctivity on hit in gloves, decided to drop lightning pen) there's only 10k*2(2 brands)*5(crit multi)*4(hit rate)*1.4(hypothermia)=~580k dps without residual lightning res. in pob with data from ur link there was about 650 with 9 charges.

what did i do wrong?

ps: Pob shows dps only from 1 brand, so i have half less than u.
pps: pob doesnt count ambush and opportunistic ascendancy nodes, so my damage is even less :(

Stil viable? I guess is. i'll do this build for Flasback event. I hope this works :D

Oh, have some questions! Should we use "Mystwalker" sacendancy instead of "Ambush and Assassinate"? And how about gear for character, wich start mapping? What is better for me(actualy i have only 20+ chaoses on end of acts) -
2 "Heartbreackers" or 2 "Singularity" or "Singuarity" + "Magna Eclipse"?
