Does this always work? After my red elder, I did like 15 or so T14-15's. His influence never appeared. The next day after work (and daily reset) I came back and his influence had spawned on white maps...
Always? I don't know but after my last yellow spawn and hearing that shaped maps can cause it to start in the tier the shapped map used to be I've had 4 for 4 red spawns. I was running shapped maps when I got the yellow spawn but this is the internet and we all know how that works. Seeing the RNG in this game I don't think anything it 100% tho..
